Price

• Prices may or may not indicate the quality of a product.
• Higher rates may come with extras – seen and unforeseen, such as personal (one on one) service.
• While price may be your determining factor; please include service and availability, also consider products, staffing and references.
• Are there hidden costs and fees? Make sure that you have a clear understanding of the price structure before you commit to the service contract.
• Ask questions that can help you understand what you are getting for your money? Such as, how many, how long does it take, can I email my info to you, can I proof the work before final print, what about additional items (plaques, keychain pendants, acknowledgement cards, T-Shirts?) etc.

Quality of Work

• Will you be allowed to proofread the entire layout including text, pictures, design, quality and color of paper before they go to print?
• Will it be printed in a timely manner?
• Will it be printed to your total satisfaction, if not will it be corrected before the final print without hassle?
• Are there any errors, if so what is their reprint policy after the Funeral?

Staff

• How were you greeted and treated on the phone?
• Do you talk to a live people or machines?
• Is there an on site facility available for you to visit if you desired?
• Were you treated as if you are the most important customer they have?
• Is the staff knowledgeable about products and services?
• How quickly did the staff respond to your requests?
• Are they a member of the Better Business Bureau both online and off? If so, can you access their history?
• MOST IMPORTANTLY!! If you request to, are you able to speak directly to a manager or the owner(s)?

Products and Services Provided

• Do they offer only one product or service or a variety?
• Do they have a secure website for online shopping availability?
• Do they offer a Toll Free Telephone # for your convenience?
• Can products and services be ordered online from a secure website?
