Q: Do you have an onsite outlet?
A: Yes, we have a physical office where we service our families at 8248 S. Cottage Grove Ave. – Chicago, IL 60619.

Q: Why do you list only your basic prices of your obituaries on your website?
A: We have learned thru experience that our families design custom programs (obituaries) to suit their own personal wishes which makes for us to price each program on an individual basis and eliminates unnecessary confusion.

Q: What is your proofreading policy?
A: We will not print your order until you have proofread it and we have crossed every “T” and dotted every “I” to your total satisfaction. We realize that we all are human and occasionally something may slip pass you, so we do a general proofreading after you before we go to print. In the rare event something gets pass both you and our proofreaders, we will print a maximum of 25 (twenty-five) corrected programs for your immediate families.

Q: What is your turn-a-round time for obituaries ~ start to finish?
A: For a one sheet dual printed standard obituary ~ In by 10:00 a.m. out by 5:00 p.m. (additional charge for orders completed with 24 hours) For more involved obituaries ~ two to four days.

Q: What style of obituaries do you make?
A: We can make about 90-95% of the obituaries available on the market today.

Q: Do you provide an online obituary service?
A: Our latest innovation is the InRemembrance service which is a new and innovative way to remember a loved one. Our website allows us to create online memories for families and friends around the world. It is a service that is provided for funeral homes, churches, businesses and families. With our InRemembrance service families can share their loved one’s memory with relatives and friends via the Internet at a fraction of the cost of our competitors and it will remain our site forever for NO Additional COST!!

A: Yes, both at our physical location as well as our website. click on the BBB logo of the lower section of any of our pages to learn more about our record and history.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: As a family owned and operated business we are celebrating our twentieth year in business January (2010), serving our 27,000th family.

Q: Do you accept credit cards, checks and Paypal?
A: Yes, we have a secure site that accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover and Paypal.

Q: Can I order my obituaries online?
A: Obituaries cannot be ordered online. However, you can call (773) 874-8700 or (800) 209-7453 to place your order with one of our consultants.

Q: Do I pick up the programs or will they be delivered to funeral home?
A: Delivery is available on all orders. We will ship your items to the address to which you specify when you place your order. Non-local deliveries are shipped overnight. Local customers can save on delivery by picking up their orders.

Q: Do you have combination packages?
A: Yes. We understand that our budget-minded families may want black and white as well as color obituaries. Therefore, we have several packages available.

Q: COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS!!!!!
A: Our complimentary gifts vary with the purchased packages ordered. Gifts we offer to families include memorial plaques (including the placement of a replica of the plaque in our In Remembrance section on this site, b & w acknowledgement cards, and color keychain pendants).
