A: We have learned thru experience that our families design custom programs (obituaries) to suit their own personal wishes which makes for us to price each program on an individual basis and eliminates unnecessary confusion.
Q: What is your proofreading policy?
A: We will not print your order until you have proofread it and we have crossed every “T” and dotted every “I” to your total satisfaction. We realize that we all are human and occasionally something may slip pass you, so we do a general proofreading after you before we go to print. In the rare event something gets pass both you and our proofreaders, we will print a maximum of 25 (twenty-five) corrected programs for your immediate families.
Q: What is your turn-a-round time for obituaries ~ start to finish?
A: For a one sheet dual printed standard obituary ~ In by 10:00 a.m. out by 5:00 p.m. (additional charge for orders completed with 24 hours) For more involved obituaries ~ two to four days.

A: We can make about 90-95% of the obituaries available on the market today.

Q: Do I pick up the programs or will they be delivered to funeral home?
A: Delivery is available on all orders. We will ship your items to the address to which you specify when you place your order. Non-local deliveries are shipped overnight. Local customers can save on delivery by picking up their orders.
